Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Solvir SEO (“the Service”), operated by Chen Xuanzhao, a sole proprietor based in Shenzhen, Guangdong, People's Republic of China (“we”, “us”). By connecting the Service to an AI client or otherwise using it, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Solvir SEO is a hosted MCP server that gives AI assistants read-only access to the Google Search Console data of the Google account you sign in with, plus analyses of that data and technical checks of your own web pages. The Service is currently an early test version and is free. We may add, change or remove features.
2. Your account and access
You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity under your connection. Connect only Google accounts and Search Console properties you are authorized to use. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to access data you are not authorized to see, to overload or disrupt the Service, Google's APIs or any website, to get around usage limits, or for any unlawful purpose. We may set usage limits and may suspend connections that break these Terms or put the Service at risk.
4. AI-generated answers
Answers in your AI client are written by that client's AI model, not by us, and can be wrong or incomplete. The Service's own analyses (for example expected click-through rates) are estimates for prioritizing work, not guarantees. Check important conclusions in Search Console before acting on them.
5. Fees
The Service is free during the test period. If we introduce paid plans, we will announce prices and terms on this site at least 14 days in advance, and nothing will be charged without your explicit purchase.
6. Third-party services
The Service depends on Google Search Console, Cloudflare and your AI client, each under its own terms. Google and Search Console are trademarks of Google LLC. The Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
7. Intellectual property
We own the Service, its software and brand. Your data stays yours.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD 50.00. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue or data.
10. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting it and revoking access as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end the Service, or your access, with notice where practical.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here at least 7 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will first be resolved by good-faith negotiation, and failing that by binding arbitration in Shenzhen, in English and Chinese.
