Refund Policy
This policy covers paid plans of Solvir SEO, operated by Chen Xuanzhao. Payments are processed by Waffo, our merchant of record.
7-day refunds
You can ask for a full refund of any charge, first payment or renewal, within 7 days of that charge. No reason is needed. Write to seo@solvir.net from the email address on your receipt, or include the order number from your receipt.
What happens after a refund
The refund goes back to your original payment method through Waffo, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Your account returns to the free plan as soon as the refund is processed, and the subscription stops renewing.
After 7 days
Charges older than 7 days are not refunded, except where the law requires it or where the Service was unavailable to you for a substantial part of the period; in that case write to us and we will look at it.
Cancelling instead
You can cancel at any time on the billing page. Cancelling stops future charges, and the plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling on its own does not refund the current period.
